Nurture Nest Foundation supports young adults aging out of foster care in Southern Utah by removing barriers to independence, stability, and long-term success.
We believe every young adult deserves access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to build an independent future. Through our programs, we provide practical solutions to real challenges young adults face as they transition into adulthood.
MEET OUR TEAM
Jen Holub
For more than 13 years, I’ve been involved in foster care, with a particular focus on supporting teens and young adults as they navigate some of the hardest transitions in their lives. That work led to Nurture Nest Haven, which brings together community partners, businesses, and resources to create practical support, mentorship, and opportunities for youth in and aging out of foster care.
Nurture Nest Haven is identified as the nonprofit initiative supported and funded through Export Computer Exchange. The success of ECE is what is allowing me to invest in getting Nurture Nest Haven off the ground and growing its impact.

Baytop Ó Conalláin
Baytop brings a background in strategic leadership, fundraising, and business operations, having raised more than $80 million for startups and nonprofit organizations. Her experience spans political organizing, business development, and community building, with a focus on connecting people and resources to create meaningful opportunities.
